How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion in one of the following ways:

• From within the app (recommended if you can access your account).
• Using our "Delete Request" page if you cannot access the app.
• By email: send a request to support@egymind.com with subject "Delete Account" and include your registered phone number.

What to Include

• Your registered phone number (required).
• Any additional details that help us identify the account (optional).

Deletion Timeline

If there are no outstanding legal/business obligations, we delete the account and associated personal data within 7 days after confirming the request.

Data Retention (Exceptions)

Some data may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, accounting, or security purposes (for example: invoices/transaction records, fraud prevention logs, and dispute resolution). Retained data is limited to what is necessary and stored securely.
